COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blue Point Brewing's Pale Ale has a light golden color but explodes with a rich full-flavor. This refreshing ale is top fermentated and hopped at three different stages of the brewing process. English pale malt lends complexity to this brew. Small amounts of Wheat and Carapils round out the malt bill. Brewed to satisfy the hop lover, this pale ale has an immediate floral-citrus flavor that pervades the overall character of this hoppy, quenching microbrew.

22 oz bomber The APA pours a hazy golden color with a solid long lasting creamy foam. This ale also had nice lacing. The aroma was of piney hops and caramel. The Carapils malts also add aromas including toffee, caramel, nutty, raisin-like and sherry and is also responsible for an increase in color. The ale has a nice medium body and average carbonation with an assertive bitterness. This is nice pale ale but lacks in complexity. Could be better: increade IBUs and ABV.

Bomber from Grape & Gourmet. Pours a clear golden color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of caramel malts, citrus, candied citrus, floral hops. The taste is big herbal, resin hops. Some citrus and pale malts. Medium bodied, somewhat green. Almost like a fresh-hop. Solid pale ale.

Aroma is citrus and malts. The flavor is citrus, biscuit malts, a hint of berries and a bitter finish. Kind of been there, had that, but it was a solid APA.

Bottle (bomber) golden cloudy bronze color. Hops and fruit. Could have passed for an IPA but im glad its not because its pretty sessionable and full bodied for the smallish punch

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a very large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a softly carbonated transparent light yellow orange colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of hops. An OK brew just nothing special.
