COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blue Point Brewing's Pale Ale has a light golden color but explodes with a rich full-flavor. This refreshing ale is top fermentated and hopped at three different stages of the brewing process. English pale malt lends complexity to this brew. Small amounts of Wheat and Carapils round out the malt bill. Brewed to satisfy the hop lover, this pale ale has an immediate floral-citrus flavor that pervades the overall character of this hoppy, quenching microbrew.

Bottle (bomber) golden cloudy bronze color. Hops and fruit. Could have passed for an IPA but im glad its not because its pretty sessionable and full bodied for the smallish punch

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a very large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a softly carbonated transparent light yellow orange colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

Aroma is citrus and malts. The flavor is citrus, biscuit malts, a hint of berries and a bitter finish. Kind of been there, had that, but it was a solid APA.

Bomber from Grape & Gourmet. Pours a clear golden color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of caramel malts, citrus, candied citrus, floral hops. The taste is big herbal, resin hops. Some citrus and pale malts. Medium bodied, somewhat green. Almost like a fresh-hop. Solid pale ale.

On cask at Churchkey in D.C. The beer is orange colored with a thin white cap. The aroma brings some light citrus with undertones of malt. The flavor offers biscuits, bread, toast, malt with citrus notes and a light dose of hops. The body is thin, but not too, with very low carbonation, due to the serving medium. Smooth and creamy, as is expected with a cask ale. Low alcohol and smooth feel on the palate makes for easy drinking. I have a soft spot for a good cask ale. This was pretty tasty. (Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 23 Sep 2012) Golden colour with brief, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of grass, hay, bread and citrus. Malty, hoppy taste with bready malt, grass, citrus and generous amounts of citric hops and grapefruit in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Highly drinkable and quite nice.
