The aroma is malty and hoppy with grassy hops and biscuit like malts. The appearance is golden with a foamy head. The taste is like the aroma with good balance but a slightly astringent finish. The palate is smooth. Overall a good beer.

Not bad, not great. A very solid summer beer. It has the malty aroma and a nice clear light amber look. The head is big and fluffy and stays a while. The taste is nice and clean, a bit of malt followed by hops. Finish is a tad thin but all in all, decent.

3.50$ bomber at the local. Golden straw with fading white head, small lace. Nose of citrus, pine, caramelized sugar. Pretty mediocre flavor- watery, piney hops. Slightly astringent finish. Drinkable.

I doubt i would ever randomly buy a beer from blue point...well my local bottle shop had this in bombers for less than $3. I bought a bottle. If these dudes had a brew or best buy date on this, i would have bought more. Anyways...its pretty damn good.....well balanced and hoppy....i like it...if they still have a few bottles left next week...i’ll buy a few at under $3.
At $3 a bomber....its a solid value and would buy all day at that price

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a sharp translucent straw gold with a 1-2 finger creamy white head. Nose shows citrus rind, a caramelly sweetness, a mildly bready character, some phenol. Flavor is very sharp, initial burst of citrus, grassy, sweet, then some diacetyl and turns to a lasting bitterness. Astringent, no me gusta.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle - Poured medium to deep gold in color with white bubbly head. Initial aroma was harsh and metallic. Initial tasting was very bitter, metallic, and had an astringent aspirin like aftertaste. After a few minutes and a few more sips most of the harshness dissipated. After that it was an average american pale ale with a slightly overly bitter after taste.
