COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
According to Linus there are 3 things never to discuss with people: religion, politics, and the Great Pumpkin. Our Pumpkin Ale, on the other hand, has made quite a buzz from New Hampshire down to Florida. Every season has its pleasures. Harvest your own with our Pumpkin Ale and reap all that Autumn has to offer. Brewed with pumpkins from only the most sincere patches, this seasonal brew is golden orange, crisp and delicious, with an innocent hint of cinnamon and nutmeg that articulates our favorite season. Gather with friends and family and enjoy the change of seasons while savoring a pint of Pumpkin Ale. Just like the leaves, it’s gone after Thanksgiving.

Malty aroma has an overtone of cinnamon and subtle pumpkin and earthy notes. Pours a dark orange amber with a thick, fluffy, persistent pale tan head. Flavor has malty and caramel notes with hints of pumpkin, cloves and cinnamon. Smooth texture has firm body and good fizz. If you like pumpkin beers, pick this one from the patch.

Mild pumpkin aroma. The flavor was a spicy pumpkin, mostly cinnamon. Unfortunately, the flavors weren’t fresh, but rather stale.

355 ml bottle picked up at The Beer Store in Montichello, NY. Pours a dark amber color with an off white head. Aroma is malt squash, and punmkin spices. Taste is malt pumpkin and bitter spices. Palate has some unnatural pumpkin and spices, that ends dry and spicy. Not a favorite.

Uninspired pumpkin beer, light pumpkin pie nose and flavor, thin body, cream soda color, modest head.

Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Amber brew qwith off white head that settles to a persistent froth. Aroma of pumpkin, spices, light malts. Taste is sweet, malt and pumpkin, with spices emerging later in the swallow. A bit of grassy bitter in the finish almost slakes the sweetness, but not quite. More emphasis on the pumpkin taste than pumpkin spice, which is good IMO. A nice brew.

Tap at Uptown Wine Bar. Nice pumpkin spice aroma, hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Big malt body with slightly sweet pumpkin spicing. Clean finish, decent brew.

BREWMUSKCLES (2224) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 15, 2012
a moderate body and watery mouthfeel. this beer is too light on the spice and a bit more pronounced in the pumpkin flavor. there is a bit of mild hop and just a bit more malt. seems incomplete.

This is a solid pumpkin beer. The spices definitely come through in the taste, giving it a pumpkin pie flavor. Very enjoyable.

Draft at suds and duds. Pours dark orange with an inch of white that leaves a lot of lacing. A lot of nutmeg and other spices on the tongue. Finishes with a bit of yam or something.
