2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 BrownALEx (140) - Portland, Michigan, USA - OCT 22, 2012Nice aroma, cinnamon and nutmeg are present. Pours a clear bronze with a white two finger head. Taste is kind of bland and unbalanced. Palate is thin. Overall, if you are looking for that crisp fall or pumpkin beer, you’ll want to at least give it a shot.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Aniela (1490) - Skövde, SWEDEN - JAN 29, 2013
Draught at Rattle & Hum NYC sept 2012. Clear amber beer with a offwhite head. Sweet, pumpkingspices, fruity and a bit citrus aroma and flavour. A bit too much gingerflavour otherwise a nice one :-)
2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 fattybladdy (199) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - JAN 24, 2013
12oz bottle. Dark amber/brown. Taste is malt, pumpkin, bready, some spice.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 boto (1661) - Granby, Connecticut, USA - JAN 21, 2013
12oz bottle: This one pours a crystal clear amber color. There was a bit of an off-white head that didn’t linger too long or leave much lacing. Nose is OK: just a bit of pumpkin pie spices, malts in the background. Taste is a little thin. Some malts, some spices, but not too much of either. Pretty nondescript. OK, but not one of their better offerings. There are much better pumpkin beers out there.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 jkwood04 (2293) - Connecticut, USA - DEC 9, 2012
12oz bottle in a lager glass. Pours copper with a lacy, cream-colored head. Aroma of pumpkin, spices, caramel and pale malts, and floral hops. The flavor has a good blend of everything, but could have more. Average texture. Not a bad pumpkin beer.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 abcfan (582) - New Jersey, USA - DEC 1, 2012
Not much going on with this one. Drinkable, but very forgettable. Finishes slightly bitter.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 durhambeer (2398) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - NOV 25, 2012
Draft from Thirsty Monk in Asheville, labeled "Mother Pumpkin" for some reason, but with the same description above. Okay, so it’s a pumpkin beer, but it felt lighter than most, with more ginger and cinnamon. I did not dislike it, so that’s saying something.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 rob6239 (465) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 13, 2012
Pours good amber colour with a little head to hold in the aroma. Smells good with the pumpkin spices. Tastes mild - a tad spicy too. Easy drinking.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 rnlanders (11) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - NOV 10, 2012
Among pumpkin ales, one of my favorites so far. Lots of spices, not very hoppy. Quite smooth and easy to drink - I think the best overall word would be "pleasant."
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 keanex (786) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - NOV 5, 2012
Bottled August 11, 2012.
Appearance: The body is very clear with a dark amber hue, it is absolutely placid though. A light tan head is on top with decent retention and a heavy coating sits on top.
Aroma: Spices dominate the flavor without being too assertive with cinnamon and nutmeg and a sweet malt backing.
Taste: Sweet and balanced rather well, malts and a cinnamon and nutmeg backing, maybe some cloves.
Palate: Medium bodied with light stabbing carbonation.
Overall: Not a bad pumpkin beer at all actually, worth trying and deciding for yourself.

Bottle. Pours amber. Medium sized white head. Strong spice aroma. Some lacing. Spice also in the flavor and mouthfeel, but less intense. More spice then pumpkin. A bit thin. Very drinkable, just not memorable.
