Bomber thanks to Tom. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A big fruity hop nose. The flavor is toffee, funky citrus hops, oranges, some mellow malty base. Very mellow, sweet, fairly clean. Enjoyable.

Poured from a 22 OZ bomber into a pint glass. Aroma- some toasted malt with a floral/citrus finish Appearance- a nice solid murky orange/brown color, had a small white head. Taste- had a faint rye taste with a citrus follow up. Palate- A medium bodied brew with moderate carbonation. Overall- Not a bad beer, I have not had many ryes and I would drink this again and try other rye brands.

My favorite Rye beer of all time... So my rating is a bit biased. Love everything about it. Rich copper in color. Aromas of deep, Rye malts. Taste is a quick hit of Rye with pretty big citrusy hops, 48 IBUs. One of the best if your a fan of Rye ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy amber pour with a white head. Aromas of hop with earthy/spicy rye. Flavor is spicy rye with some citrus hops. No single flavor really pops with this brew. It’s ok but nothing special.

Hazy amber orange pour with a bubbly white head. Aroma is hoppy and sweet. Flavor is mild with some nice hop bitterness. Smooth, without too much rye.

Big bottle at The New Penguin, 06/04/14. Dusky peach bright with fizz under a tight white foam. Peach bomb nose with lemon-infused cake, honey and lemon throat sweet, tempura and pine needle hop notes. Soapy and shot through with honey and lemon; warm booze, orange liqueur, peach iced tea and sweet deep-fried batter flavours. Balancing bitter finish. Very West Coast. Not my favourite kind of IPA- too much floweriness and cake, but very decent nonetheless.

Rcvd in trade. The appearance had a hazy golden colored body, one finger white foamy head that dies within a half minute adequate clingy and coated lacing graces the sides of the glass. The smell had a nice rye malt up front. There’s a decent amount of citrus hoppiness coming out along with some pine in an earthy sort of way. The taste had a sweet and somewhat earthy with an adequate spicy flavoring from the rye. Everything combines fantastic. The aftertaste is somewhat spicy yet malty aftertaste and finish (though I do have to admit, the finish does seem slightly grainy as well). The palate sits about a medium with a decent harshness of a typical Rye Beer trying to pound my mouth and tongue, but for the most part it doesn’t as it seems balanced enough to not let the carbonation add to the pounding of the mouth and tongue, decent sessionability. Overall, this is a pretty good Rye Beer that I would be willing to have again.
