Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, toasted, caramel, rye notes, light to moderate hoppy, fruity - orange, grapefruit notes, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft and highly carbonated. [20100206]

Bottled@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Amber colour with mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, fruity hops as well as some ryebread. Flavour is ryebread, grains, fruits, mild herbal notes as well as some sweetish malts. Not that exciting.

Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Cloudy copper colour, small head. Grapefruit aroma. Mid-sweet with clean mouthfeel, bready limp and hard crystallic malt, a bit of lemon and then a quick piney finish. More experimental than drinkable or tasty.

Clean amber color; medium sized head. Good hoppy, perfumy aroma, a bit earthy. Smooth mouthfeel, dry toffee flavor, a bit of vegetables traces, strong bitterness and powerful hopping, resiny; but somehow unemotional.

Amber with a medium head. Light floral hop aroma with slight rye. Toasty on the palate, with a little bit of rye chewiness.

(22oz bottle) Pours a lightly hazy orange body with a moderate off-white head. Aroma of florals, caramel, rye, grass, and citrus. Flavor of caramel malt, citrus, florals, and grass with a dry, bitter finish.

(draft) Medium off-white head atop clear amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, orange/floral, light rye. Taste is moderately sweet, orange/floral, some rye. Smooth light-medium body, some resin. One of the best beers at integrating the rye into the flavor.

on tap @Philly BeerFest III–pours a light tan head and amber color. Aroma is mild citrus hops, some medium malt. Taste is pine hops, some medium malt, some musty. OK carbonation.
