3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear coppery darker golden color with off-white head. Floral notes, citrus, and a little malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with more floral hop tones, but not to be outdone by a balancing malty backbone.

(St. Louis Cardinals Spring Training Game at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, FL) Draft... Pours clear and copper with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Fantastic retention. The aroma is toasty and a touch bready; otherwise, it’s bland and nondescript. Full-bodied with airy carbonation. The flavor is toasty with a moderate measure of bread-crusty bitterness, but otherwise it’s as mundane and lifeless as the aroma. Finishes with light notes of grapefruit and bread-crusty bitterness.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. The pour is an attractive copper-light amber tone with a modest, lingering cream colored head. The aroma is full of sweet caramel malts and a low hop character but a touch of peat moss around the edges. Light to medium body. Sweet roasted malt sweetness in the taste offset quickly by a dry bitter finish. I found it to be drinkable and one I could easily have again.
