COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blue Point Brewing’s Toasted Lager is our flagship product. Copper in color this brew is made from Six different malts including: English Pale, Crystal, Munich, Carapils, Wheat and Belgian Caravienna. Toasted Lager displays a balanced flavor of malt and hop which makes it easy drinking. Special lager yeast is used to produce that long lasting, smooth finish. The "toasted" part of the name refers to our direct-fire brew kettle; hot flames imparts a toasted flavor to our most popular microbrew.

One of the best micro lagers I've tasted. Full bodied with almost an ale taste yet definitely a lager. Bottle was freshness dated. Wish I could buy this in NH.

Pours an amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is some caramel, and flavor is even lighter on the caramel. I don’t get any toasted aroma or flavor and I don’t get much else than the caramel. There’s not very much to this.

Pours a dark golden with thin head. The taste is a pretty average macro lager flavor with a little more bitterness. There is also a slightly trashy adjunct taste in there and I don’t get much toast. Overall easy to drink & flavorful.

Bottle. Amber, clear color. Light-tan, fluffy head. Aroma is toasted grain and caramel. Flavor is also a toasted grain with a slight caramel. Really tasty but a tad cloying.

On tap at the Verizon Center watching the Fly Guys. Aroma of malt and hop and toast. Flavor is stronger by adding the dynamic malt content as well as the roast adding some good effect. Enjoyable and easily drank.

25/XII/14 - 12Fl. Oz. bottle from a trade @ home - BB: n/a, only printed stuff: 1834 19:12 ZW (or 2W) (2014-1535) Thanks to Leighton for the trade!

Clear deep orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, irregular, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, some citrus, pineapple, bit malty, some passion fruits. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: citrus, grassy hops, pretty bitter, fruity touch. Aftertaste: little citrus, bitter hops, metallic, malty, fruity notes, some caramel. Really enjoyed this one.

Bottle by way of trade with Leighton. Cheers. Clear, copper colour. Thin, lasting, clingy, white head. Looks good. Yep, it’s toasty. Grainy, fruity, toffee malts. Beyond that, not a lot. Taste is sweet, first off, turning fruity dry. Get some saccharine with this. Moderate body. Finishes short, grainy dry.

Toasted caramel malt aroma. A mild ruby body with fluffy white head. Rich toasted caramel malt taste. Feels smooth with light English ale fruit finish. Light on the bitterness.

Bottled. Pours a beautiful golden honey color. Aroma is malts, honey, hop character, little bit of a pale lager quality but more substantial. Taste is crisp and refreshing with a little bit of honey, malts, little bit of rice. Overall quite nice for a lager.
