COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blue Point Brewing’s Toasted Lager is our flagship product. Copper in color this brew is made from Six different malts including: English Pale, Crystal, Munich, Carapils, Wheat and Belgian Caravienna. Toasted Lager displays a balanced flavor of malt and hop which makes it easy drinking. Special lager yeast is used to produce that long lasting, smooth finish. The "toasted" part of the name refers to our direct-fire brew kettle; hot flames imparts a toasted flavor to our most popular microbrew.

Bottle at barbecue.more like a light pale ale than a lager, on the hoppy and slightly sticky side. Notable lemon and biscuit notes. Good though

Pours cleat light orange with a half finger white head with just a little lacing. Aroma is of citrus, toasted bready malts, sweet malts, lighy pine, and light grassy hops. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a slightly bitter, medium finish. Overall, a very nice, easy drinking Vienna.

Nice roasted malt aroma and flavor. Full flavored. Not much of the lager foot funk. Caramelized malt. Smooth. Not a bad beer at all. Refreshing but with some body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Gibney’s Pub. Pours dark brown with tan-ish head. Aroma of roasted malts and caramel. Tastes of caramel, roasted malts and toast. Light bodied and low carbonation. It’s okay

Pours an amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is some caramel, and flavor is even lighter on the caramel. I don’t get any toasted aroma or flavor and I don’t get much else than the caramel. There’s not very much to this.
