3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Jacksonville, Fl. - Grassroots Natural Market - 22 oz bomber. Hazy dark golden pour, soft, pillowy snow white head, lots of sticky lacing. Fresh, resiny hoppy aroma with piney stickiness, a hint of spearmint. Juicy flavor with a solid malty, caramel profile, plenty of sticky sweet grapefruit bittersweet notes, some spearmint and nectarines to round it out. Nice, thick rich mouthfeel. Packs quite punch for the low ABV.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a bright yellow with a bit of an amber tint. Big frothy head that sticks around for the duration. There’s a hint of citric acidity in the initial whiff, but the drink brings a pretty stark lemon-lime-like acidic sting. But the beer is quite light in body and general palate. (#5405, 1/5/2013)

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice deep copper coloured body with a thin tan head and a good deep glow. Aroma of fresh hops (of course), alcohol, apricots, light malt and a bit of resin. Medium-bodied; Strong hop flavours at first with a mild alcohol and fruity kick with a subdued maltiness and a touch of sugar at the back. Aftertaste shows some mellow but fragrant hops, a little earthiness and some subtle sweetness throughout from fruit. Overall, a nice fresh-hop beer, perhaps a bit past its prime, but still showing a lot of hops and depth. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased earlier today from the Corner Store (Bait and Tackle) in West Palm Beach, Florida on 30-December-2013 for US$5.99 sampled in my hotel room here in Jupiter, Florida on 30-December-2013.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Location: 22 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 12/27/13
Aroma: The aroma is clean hops, grapefruit/orange, pine, and some sweet caramel malts
Appearance: It pours a clear orange color with a small white head and drippy lace
Flavor: Tastes along the same lines, with clean hops, light bitterness, and some nice sweetness
Palate: The mouthfeel is clean and smooth, average carbonation, and a clean, dry finish
This is a pretty tasty wet hop offering. The hop flavors work nicely, though it isn’t a particularly bitter one considering the style. Still though, I like how this turned out. This is some nice stuff.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft to taster. Looks decent; a transparent light golden orange with off-white lacing. Smells good; a nicely balanced hop profile with juicy and grassy notes and a light pale malt backbone. Tastes like it smells, but not as balanced. Average on the palate. A solid wet-hopped APA, but it smells better than it tastes.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Serving: 12 oz. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a slighty hazy amber color with a loose white head. The nose has huge fresh herbal hop notes with a citrus background. The flavor follows suit with nice tangerine notes. The flavor is much lighter than the nose and the bitterness is very light overall. Great use of the hops for aroma and without being an over bitter mess. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Nicely done.

Taste is pine, citrus, floral hops, tropical fruit notes, caramel, toffee, sweet malt, toasted grains and light bready notes. Body is medium with a slick feel and a soft, bubbly carbonation. Light lingering hop bitterness to this. Ends with more tropical fruit, citrus notes, strong pine, floral hops, fresh, wet hops, caramel, toasted bread, sweet malt and hop resins. Tasty!
