COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blue Point Brewing's Winter Ale is a hearty and robust amber ale. Brewed to chase away the chill of a cool winter night. Made with Pale, Vienna, crystal and chocolate malt. This uncommon amber is only brewed during the cold months of the year. Winter Ale is an extremely popular seasonal specialty. Enjoy the tasty balance of malt and hops. Remember this special ale leaves with Winter.

A straight ahead amber on tap at MacGregors. There is really nothing I can say about this. It was amber. Palate has a bit of a cola flavor, boring but drinkable.

FALSE advertising here. This is not robust and it will in no way chase away said chill of a cool winter night. Extremely boring with very little in the way of any taste. No bad flavors because well... there are no flavors.

Tastes like a harsh spivey lager. Grassy finish. Meh to pass. Not a fan. Nope.

Aroma of malt and alcohol. Astringent taste with a slightly fruity aftertaste. Very average with an interesting taste.

From a bottle poured a dark amber color with a fair amount of head. Light malty flavor with a quick finish.

Drank from a tall pint glass at an applebees for lunch, great initial aroma with an inch thick creamy white head, dark brown nice appearance, good flavor, plays well on the palette ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle pours a clear amber with a khaki head. Aromas of bread dough some yeast a bit of cereals and some slight roasted malt. Flavor is balanced leaning toward a slight sweetness. Body is medium light with a quick finish
