Hazy yellow, whitish cover. Aroma is banana, bubblegum, clove. Taste is more banana, spice, some lemon, light sour twinge.

Served from tap into a standard pint. Poured a pale yellow with a white head that was minimal and did not linger long. There was no apparent lacing present. The aroma was of a nice sweet malt with hints of wheat and grains. The flavor of this one consisted of citrus and wheat that was light on the palate with low carbonation. Overall this was a very nice Hefeweizen that could be compared to a Franziskaner, but is not quite there in flavor. However, this is worth a shot for any Hefe fan out there if you can get your hands on it.

On tap at the brewpub in Greenville. Bright yellow pour with a decent white head - not murky like a hefe should be. Some cloves and bananas in the aroma.Flavor has some decent coriander notes with some nice bubble gum notes but finishes a bit too tangy. Mouthfeel is thick enough. Slightly below par brewpub hefe.

Tap. Sour malt, clove, banana, orange aroma. Hazy pale yellow with next to no head. Sweet banana/orange with a strong clove wheat flavor - a bit cloying but helped out tremendously with the lemon slice.

A very average take on this style. This one to me is kind of light for the style, with out alot of the yeastiness that I crave, a light clove and banana are present but are definitely afterthoughts. The flavor is kind of musty, damp and sweaty. Other than lacking in body and flavor it was great.
