Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty caramel and adark fruit aroma. Sweetish malty caramel and dark fruit flavor with hoppy hints. Has a sweetish malty fruity dark fruit finish.

Goblet at the brewpub. Not my favorite style, but this one is pretty decent. Aroma is boozy with hints of toffeenut, caramel and berries. The palate is thick. Alcohol is there, but not intrusive. It’s sweet without overdoing it. Flavors of toffee, wood and fruity undertones are noted. Not too shabby.

Pretty good, the best item from the brewpub. Not too sweet, especially for a barleywine. Mild alcohol flavor in the taste and finish. Caramel malts with strong fruity flavors. Lightly sweet finish. Full bodied, low carb.
