COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A well-balanced, highly hopped American Ale, similar to those known througout the American Northwest. An excellent example of a big-flavored, hand-crafted beer with the sharp, clean, bitter finish of Cascade hops.

On tap at the brewpub. The beer pours an orange-white color with a white head. The aroma is very well balanced. I get some caramel and toffee malt as well as some pine from the hops. The flavor is more of the same. The beer is very well balanced and the malt keeps the beer from being bitter, while still allowing some hop flavor to come through. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Golden color, white thin head. Smells of citrus and hops. Hops come out in the flavor more, not bad though.

This one smells fruity to me. Nice golden color. Taste is also a little fruity accompanied by hops. After taste on the tongue is on the bitter side. Not too thick but not too thin.

On tap at the brewpub as "South Alamo Pale Ale." Pours a crystal clear, burnt gold colored body with a frothy, finger-width, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is watered down citrus pines with a light caramel sweetness. A touch of bread too. Flavor is a bit better. Thin caramel and some dough with a good amount of earthy, citrusy pines. Finishes dry with a light-moderate bitterness and a touch of pale malt. Medium length aftertaste following a smooth, medium body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty straightforward pale ale. Decently hopped with just a touch of malt. Not bad, but fairly unremarkable.

Clear amber color/ ivory head. Grassy, floral, hoppy aromas. medium bodied. Good floral, grassy hop flavors with a solid caramel base malt.

Pours golden copper. Aroma is sweet floral hops with a little musty undertone. It’s thin and flat. Sour (and not in a good way). Hoppy, bitter, pine, floral and medicine.
