COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Creamy, robust, Irish style dry stout, full of flavors from deep-roasted barley malts. The slight hint of chocolate is born of the meticulous marriage of malts and hops. Originating in Ireland, and now brewed here in Texas, this is a beer for those who desire a big taste.

On tap at the brewpub. The look is clear, dark brown, with a light beige colored head. The smell is malts, roast, chocolate. The taste is dry, some bitterness, roasty, and not really that good.

Black. Sustained medium head. Nice nose of coffee. Very thin in the mouth. No palate. Yuck, tastes like amateur home brew.
