According to the staff at the brewpub, this is a version of the Texican Lager that goes through an additional/longer fermentation period to make the beer drier and alter its aroma and flavor. They said the brewmaster considers this a different beer.

The beer pours a hazy golden color with a white head. The aroma is full of grain and honey notes, as well as some graham cracker character. The flavor is similar. I get some honey and toffee notes, as well as some wheat and grain. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
