does not count  Jun 11, 2008 A very refreshing beer. Light, well balanced with just the right amount of ginger; with a slightly bitter finish. Easy drinking, solid white head with a pleasing straw colour. Definitely one for those hot Aussie summer days

Oct 11, 2007 This is a rather light tasting beer - both the basic beer and the ginger. It’s very easy to drink and refreshing. It’s very well balanced. I have been drinking this for several years and I think the ginger has been toned down a little over that time. I get hints of ginseng too.

does not count Sep 4, 2007 Nice and refreshing when cold - could maybe do with a little more length in the taste but compensated by teh sweetness of the ginger, but quite enjoyable on a hot day

Nov 25, 2006 on tap at blue tongue. Who knew ginger beer could be so good? refreshing and light, with a nice puffy head. there’s enough malt here to hold up the ginger, and the hops are apparently balanced, as they add a floral back-up to the ginger without covering it up.
