On tap at the brewpub. Dark brown in the glass, with a tan finger thick head. Roasted aroma with dark chocolate and coffee grit. Itís dry and full bodied with a roasted malt kind of bitterness, roasted malts, some dark chocolate and coffee. Long roasted finish. Nice, a tad too roasted though. 150615

At the brewery in Ann Arbor, this beer is a chocolaty Porter with decent flavor and a little barbeque sauce. Itís solid but nothing to write home about.

On tap in ann arbor. Smooth and smoky. Sweet aroma, not hoppy. Definite hint of bbq sauce. Easy to drink with a burger, but can be a touch cloying. Unique, and worth a try on a warm day.

Had a taste on tap at Blue Tractor in Ann Arbor. Tasty - restrained, easy, but full flavored. A little on the sweet side.

On tap at Blue Tractor. Pours a clear brown with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has strong roasted malts with a bit of dark grain and bitter chocolate. Flavor is similar with growing strong roasted malts complimented by bitter chocolate.
