COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American standard, BBC APA is a full bodied and heavily hopped American Ale. It is copper in color and brewed with a blend of pale and crystal malts, balancing the citrus and pine flavors from large doses of American and English hops to create a very drinkable, hoppy ale. BBC APA is a hopheadís dream!

Spicy grassy nose with hints of pine. Pours golden pale with a thin white head. Hoppy piney very earthy with a weird off flavor that I canít put my finger on.

From bottle pours amber with lots of fluffy off white head, leaving tons of lacing and head that doesnít go away. Nice hoppy flavor, nice finish.

Not very impressive. Canít quite pinpoint what was wrong with it, just not very well balanced, somewhat weak flavor and not strong on the palate either.

Pours with an amber-brown body topped by a thin head with some lacing. Itís slightly sweet with a strong bitter, hoppy finish and a vary slight rotten fruit note. Medium bodied, dry and warming.

Pours a copper/iced tea looking color. Head is egg-shell and a little thin, but still manages to leave great lacing. Aroma is funky, vegetable hops, basil and a starchy, boiled noodles smell. Taste is pointed hops, pine, basil, pencil shavings, with a little sweet caramel for malt. Bitter aftertaste. Really a hop centric beer, unbalanced. Bought this 12 oz bottle from World Market in Vienna, VA.

Not very much going on in the way of aromas. Pours tea colored with a small head. Flavors of tea and citrus. Overall an average pale.

Not for me. Orange brown white off white head. Would have called it burnt orange if I liked it more. Aroma of grapefruit and lemon. First impression of the taste was that I was drinking a lemon scented cleanser. I like most of bbc, just not this. It looks and smells nice. Does that count?

12 oz bottle. Pours copper with a thin fizzy white head. Smells very floral and piney. Taste is very harsh, bitter, and overly carbonated. The malt flavor is bad and watery, and the hops were all smell. When i first opened the bottle, the smell was fantastic. I couldnt wait to try it. It went downhill from there. I can only drink this one. Im prbably going to give the rest away.

Highly unimpressive. Very bland flavor, weak malt/hops presence that dumbs it down to a watery, "Beer" flavor. Like Heineken or something. Honestly one of the worse beers Iíve drank...
