The carbonation is on the low side but I’m alright with that due to the style. Drinkability is good for the strength, barely detectable alcohol at 12%. I could easily drink a few snifters of this.

Growler (from notes). Pours a deep amber with hints of orange and a medium sized dense ecru head. The aroma had oak, dark fruits, brandy, and toasted caramel malts. Hints of vanilla and some alcohol come in. The flavor has caramel malt, light toasted bread, brandy, vanilla, wood, and dark fruits. Medium bodied, decent flavor.

Growler from party town in florence, pours deep amber with thin creamy brown head. Aromas of vanilla and butter, wood and brandy. Overall smooth for its high alcohol content.

Growler from the Party Source. Pours amber with a thick off-white head. Nice lacing and appropriate amount of carbonation. Aroma is very sweet of brandy, malt, molasses, and vanilla. Taste is pretty much the same. Goes down really smooth for the ABV. Pleasantly surprised. Nice stuff.

Growler; thanks scrizzz for sharing; crystal clear reddish amber with buttery nose of sweet brandy, dried malts and brown sugar; texture is quite thin with some dried oranges and dry, sweet malts; oak, caramel, candy malts and light brandy; pretty nice overall

Pours amber brown with an off white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, oak, and sweet brandy. Flavor is nutty, sweet, with caramel, toffee, vanilla, and a little charred oak. Nice velvety mouthfeel, and remarkably smooth for something that is supposed to be 12% abv and also surprisingly drinkable for something that was supposedly aged for a year in a brandy barrel.

Nose sweet brandy barrel nose with light fruity alcohol notes and some vanilla. Light fruity notes are there as well. Some toast and caramel. Nice reddish amber pour light foam around the edges. Sweet caramel toffee with nice notes of sweet brandy, vanilla, some desert wine notes. Sweet and sugary but not overly. The sweetness works very well. Nicely carbonated body thinned out with nice light barrel notes.

Thanks alexsdad06! soft brandy, crispy pretzel. even salty. clear light chestnut. more pretzel, really? leads to bold caramel and leather, never heavy, some cinnamon comes out as it warmed. hazelnut creeps in. not specifically brandy, but awesome.

Growler from scrizzz via alexsdad. Pours a cleat toffee orange with big old head that leaves spotty lacing. Nose is sweet, dark fruit, wet oak, bread and butter. Thin body light carbonation. Apple, honey, raisin, leather, caramel, good amount of peat and really quite peppery with cracker malt and German stlye hops.
