COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after our departed server Chris Williams, we like to describe this beer as a "Classy Malt Liquor." Lots of American Pilsner malt and flaked corn make up the grist bill. Czech Saaz hops balance it all out. Buy 2 of our 20oz pints and you’ll have a 40.

Draft at brewpub on 08/26/06. Dark pale color with an averaqge fizzy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Moderate grainy aroma. Light to medium body with an oily texture with soft carbonation. Medium sweetbitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. Drinkable bber.

Pours light golden and clear with a thin white head. Aroma is grainy and husky with notes of corn. Taste is sweet, malty and slightly sticky. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with lively carbonation. A pretty good malt liquor, not unclean tasting, but full bodied and sticky.
