Draft from Sportstime Pizza. Part of Gravity Head 2007. Lucky me! Clear and bronze. Layered off-white head. Fruity, sugary malt aromas. Lively fruity flavors. Citrus and red/black fruits. Cocoa note. Full bodied with a long finish. Great flavor profile. Lively effervescence. Sticky and long. Delicious.

Draft at brewpub. Poured clear brown color with an minimal fizzy off-white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate spicy fruit aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium spicy sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Complex drinkable brew.

(if that is what it was meant to be. dangerously drinkable. i didnt know what style this was when i originally tried it but i thought that bbc had made an attempt at a flemish sour. nice.

Pours dark reddish amber with a fully receding off-white head. Aroma of phenolic clove, caramel, and restrained esters of bubble gum and banana. Taste is fruity: notes of banana, bubble gum, and more light toffee. Mouthfeel is full bodied and slightly sticky with lively carbonation. Underattenuated, a bit heavy, and not ’digestable’. Good yeast flavors, although the ester levels were a bit lower than I had hoped for.
