Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and coffee aroma. Roasted malty chocoalte and coffee flavor. Has a dry roasted malty coffee finish with hints of chocoalte.

On tap. Pours black with a brown head. Aroma is coffee, deep dark sweet chocolate, gentle fudge, cocoa, sweet liquorice, dark sweet dried fruits and roasted malts. Taste is huge dark chocolate, toffee, dark sweet fruits, no alcohol at all, dried dark fruity notes, liquorice, coffee, some light spicy notes and roasted malts leading to a dry finish.

Clear dark black brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown to beige head. Aroma is light heavy malty, chocolate, mocca, dusty chocolate, soy sauce notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, light salty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110211]

14-FEB-2011, draught @Mikkeller Bar. Dark dark brown with light brown head Dark roasted coffee on the nose. Loads of coffee and very roasted taste. Really delicious, allthough served to cold, so I had to warm it a litte to enjoy the roasted notes more.

On tap. Pours black and opaque with a dense light brown head. Lightly tart hard roasted malt and coffee in the nose. Medium body, dry, again lightly tart, hard roasted malt and burned coffee. Finishes dry. 100211

Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Black coloured with a medium sized beige head. Light roasted aroma of caramel, hay, coffee and chocolate. Roasted flavour of caramel, coffee and dark chocolate with notes of hops and vanilla. Roasted finish.

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of malt and light notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of coffee, roasted malt, and wood, leading to a dry roasted finish where a note of coffee lingers.
