Draft at the brewpub (4th St location). 6.8% AbV, 28 IBU’s. Poured a clear orange brown color. Head was thin and off white. Aroma was of cinnamon, butter, and brown sugar. Not the typical stank you get from most honey browns. Sweet on the tongue with a decent amount of alcohol flavor. There was also brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. As much a slice of pie as a beer. Pretty good stuff.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2007 Pours dark ruby with a mostly maintained light tan head. Aroma of clover honey, nutmeg, and spice. Taste is sweet with notes of toffee, spice, flowery syrup notes. Mouthfeel is full bodied, and sticky. A bit too sweet for my liking.
