COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sorry folks, we just couldn’t figure out a name for this beer. It is BBC’s Maibock, that we toned down the alcohol content and fermented with Whitbread ale yeast. It has a mellow Munich malt sweetness balanced by Czech Premiant and German Hallertau hops. This light colored, medium bodiedand flavorful ale is perfect for the summertime.

Pours light amber with an off white head. Aroma is caramel and some citrusy hops. Flavor is sweet caramel, toffee, nice light fruits and citrusy hops. Very different for a maibock, which is where I think they came up with the name.
