GABF 2003: Bright light yellow and clear. Big coriander and lemon peel aroma. Quite Nice. Wine-like esters. Full bodied, rich and sweet, one of the nicer tripels I've tried. Thick sugar and somewhat tart on the tongue.

On tap at the brewpub. Cloudy yellow with a fine white head. Very candy-like. Has an aroma much like bananas foster. Seems true to style with many different flavors to pick out of this: peaches, honey, apricot. Mid-palate hops appear. This seems so strong that you could sterilize a wound with it.

Pours hazy orange gold with thin white head. The aroma speaks of the smooth goodness to come. Yum, raisins, plums, apricots and blunted spices. The taste brings up fruity sweetness, Belgian candi sugar and tasty yeasty spices. Thick brew yet smooth and mellowed. It has aged very well at only a year old. Feels and tastes like a 4 year old vintage beer.

Draft: Poured orange yellow and has a thick dissipating white head. Usual bubblegum and citrus aroma. Very full mouthfeel. Is a little sweet but a nice offering from BBC.

Served from a bottle at toncatchers T3 tasting! Thanks to stefanje, lagunitasfan, weeheavysd, fordest, wetherel, alohac and of course toncatcher for suppling the house and grub. I thought this was wierd for a triple, but still loved it. Lots of appricot, pears, and apples detected. Was missing the typical cloves and pepper I am used to in a triple.

Bottle. Sour apple and peach aroma with noted acidity. Orange-yellow color with minimal head. Sweet peach-apple flavor with a moderate hops and mild acidic finish. Very nice tripel.
