On tap at BBC. clear amber disappearing white head. caramel grain aroma with light fruity banana cherry almost bourbonish notes. sweet roasted banana flavor with light bittersweet caramel and spicy clove notes. sweet light banana tart raisin cherry finish with a nice dose of clove. medium body. weak carbonation. ok but not great.

Oct 17, 2007 Pours murky light brown with mostly receding light tan head. Aroma of yeastiness, banana, white wine. Tastes of white grapes, spicy wheat, and creamy yeast. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, creamy with lively carbonation. I wish I could have tried this in a less turbid state.

Sep 20, 2007 Draft sample at St. Mathews brewpub. Poured clear brown color with an average fizzy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate toasted malt and citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth sticky texture with soft carbonation. Medium balanced malty rye flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable brew.
