Draft sample at IBGW 2011. Poured a clear brown color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy complex toasted and earthy aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish that was of moderate to long duration. This brew exceeded my expectations..
