Draft: Opaque gold with suspended yeast. Jagged-bubbled foam surrounding with a rocky whisp center. Deplorable nose of sour yeast seriously conflicts with banana and white grapes. Hints of melon, rubber, and soap. Fizzy, overly spritzy carbonation. Sharp, slightly herbal yeast onset shows notes of banana. Muddled husky pale malts offer some sweetness, but quickly succumb to the acidity, as the sour yeast flavor continues to spoil the flavor profile. Acidity is gently curtailed by a peppery center, but the sourness reemerges as overripe bananas and unrefined malt flavors run rampant. Poorly masked alcohol. Soapy, sour-laden finish with plastic and unripe melon hints. Back to the drawing board on this one. Horrible.
