Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham, although appears to have been relabelled Winter Spirit, at 4.5% Ruby Bitter, no head. Malty metal + sweet. Especially sweet to start, turning a little ashy to finish. Nice enough, but not a stand-out.

Dark brown in colour with a small white head. Aromas are spicy, fruity and slightly sour. Flavours are decent toffee malts, fruity, especially grapefruit. Nice bitterness to finish followed by a dry aftertaste. Pretty hoppy.
