COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A European style lager brewed from the finest quality pilsner malts. This beer is fermented at a lower temperature than most Australian lagers, and employs an extended maturation period. These combine together with a mixture of kettle and late hopping to yield a crisp pale lager

Pours a dark golden yellow with a small short lived white head. Aroma and taste is of grains, cereal, grassy and light fruity notes. A medium body palate, crisp with good carbonation. Finish is grains, grass and fruity. Overall a very non descript mass produced brew, but still an ok brew for summer drinking.

Bottle - fair size foamy head, dark straw color, pretty typical generic lager aroma and flavor, maybe slightly better than most in that category

Very light and Quite watery. Tasmanian devil could have added some spices and double the ingredients. Grassy.

Fresh, light tasting lager for a hot summer's day. Not bad but nothing special. Rated by BrewTom

Australian lager, brewed with water ’sourced’ from the Esk River in Tasmania, which probably means they pumped it out of it. Compared to most Australian beers, it actually tastes like they put some effort into it. Pretty flat, though. The Esk River, or so I imagine, bubbles lustily over its rapids on the label, sort of cute.
