COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A European style lager brewed from the finest quality pilsner malts. This beer is fermented at a lower temperature than most Australian lagers, and employs an extended maturation period. These combine together with a mixture of kettle and late hopping to yield a crisp pale lager

Clear gold, thin head, nice lacing.Aroma..a bit sweet, a bit earthy, a bit hoppy. Crisp and light on the palate. Has a bit of an earthy bite (Green Bullet hops?) but not a whole lot of flavor. Reminds me of some lagers I’ve had in New Zealand.

Bottle from House of Fraser, Birmingham. Pours clear amber, fizzy with just a halo of head. Aroma is strongly hoppy for a lager, with Marmite. Watery mouthfeel and disappointing flavour - initial bitterness and diluted Marmite but a short finish. Poor.

Pours a clear and golden beer with a weak white head. The aroma is malt and vegetables (DMS). The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall a boring beer.

Small white head. Deep yellow body with light carbonation. Light grainy aroma with rubbery fruity notes. Dry-sweet grainy earthy taste with vegetal maize notes. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Dryish (and faintly acidic) grainy maize aftertaste with earthy floral notes. Decent, but far from great. (0.375l bottle, Taste, Hang Hao, Hong Kong.)

Gold hue with a thinnish head. Slightly skunky nose. Soft carbonation. Light texture. Watery in the middle. Cloying finish. Weak malt flavors of bland crackers and red apples. Faintly herbal hops, and only a slight bitterness. Unexciting, sticky, and bland.

Bottle in Century. Clear mbar lager with touch of orange tinge. Fairly typical lager although some nose grass, bread and touch of fruit notes in there. Touch of pepper, and a crisp finish. Not bad at all.
