pjk33 (383), Sligo - Curllsville Heights, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 23, 2007 Bottle. Had this one while at an anti semitic dinner in Sydney... didn’t know that was who would be talking to me across the table, but I kept my mouth shut somehow. Anyway, my Uncle Don and I bought this for the hosts and really enjoyed the fresh lemony taste. This is a perfect beer for hot, Australian weather. Don’t take this one too seriously... I loved it. It is what it is.
mkel07 (8), Brisbane, Australia does not count Oct 9, 2008 Light to medium body with watery texture. Lively carbonation and pleasant citrus aroma. Marketed as a premium beer but it doesn’t really rate high on the list. MiP (6029), Flensburg, Germany Sep 3, 2008 Bottle, 4.8%. Weak citrus aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is citric, probably from the hops. Slightly spicy as well. Unfortunately it has a rough aftertaste. weaselkenievil (381), Cheshire, England Aug 30, 2008 A gift off a mate. A 3 rating? I didn’t think it was anywhere near that bad. I am in a good mood though. Bit devoid of taste but I didn’t find it that offensive. Little citrus, malt, hops, and yeah not much taste. Drunk far far worse though. Perhaps this is a pity rate... KimJohansen (4294), Copenhagen V, Denmark Aug 4, 2008 Clear golden with medium white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel notes. Sweet flavor with caramel and fruity notes. Ends sweet. oh6gdx (6339), Vaasa, Finland Jul 30, 2008 Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, medium white head, which leaves lace. Aroma is sweet malts with some slight citrusy notes and also some slight hints of maize. Flavour is sweetish malts mixed with maize and some slight bitterness and fruityness. OK lager.
