COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Based on a traditional recipe and as strong in flavour as the name suggests. Inspired by the turn of the century arm wrestling team, which was made up of Boags employees and local citizens. This strong beer has a full, fresh, malty character with a subtle bitterness and smooth finish.

Brilliant beer, best of the Boags range, has an unbelievably good flavour.

Was hesitant when purcahsing. But boags have done it again. One of the best beers I have ever had. Strong, full bodied and beautiful!

A very good beer, strong bitter flavour, good when playing cricket in the back yard or with sangers on the bbq

Funky bitter that requires your tastebuds to momentarily cease to function. Then when you think your dead, you remember what part of the female anatomy Tasmania looks like, and your glad your not there.

Strongarm is good stuff. Its got a nice amber colour and a tasty flavour with plenty of hops. Good on a hot day and a heap better than average aussie beer.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2003 Genuine bitter, clean and fresh. Big on the palate and lasts. Doesnt lack in flavour unlike a lot of stock standard beers around. I enjoyed the dinstinctive flavour of boags strongarm even though it is very one dimensional and straight down the line. Nothing to roll over the taste buds and think about.

A good macro off tap. Easy session beer. Could use more body though.

For me, this could be a session beer. Not overly flavoursome, yet not overly bland. The name (bitter) is quite decieving.
