COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The big brother of Two Blind Monks, a Belgian Tripel. Coming in at about 9% alcohol with lots of Belgian candy sugar, this beer is designed to be aged.

On the right track for the Belgian thing. Comes up a little short. Appearance is good, dark brown. Pleasant aroma. Good coating of glass. Light on taste. Ned’s more time bottle fermenting.

On tap at Capone’s. Poured a deeper golden color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of fruitiness, citrus, yeasty, and alcohol. Tastes of the same fruitiness, citrus, and candi sugar. Sweet but not cloying. Definite alcohol burn in the finish. Would like a bottle or two to age.
