3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tasted this on tap at the Selinsgrove Beer & Wine Festival.
Reddish/brown small tan head big bubbles fade quickly... Next to no head, ... Chocolate, pungent chocolate notes, some faint fruits, some very mild dark fruits, Belgian yeast doesnt show up... Medium bodied slightly dry finish very lively.... Very good flavor, looks like soda.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sweet cherry on the nose. Pours translucent copper with a small head that fades quickly.
Lightly flavored for a dubbel; has a sweet caramel flavor throughout that lingers for a moment.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle:   Deep caramel, a dark brown of sorts, moderate frothy sandy head, clingy lacing.   Musty nose, bready, slight fig/date.   Malty on the tongue, not as dark pitted fruit oriented as others, more like a heavy imperial amber.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel, and thankfully not cloying.   Backside shows more fruitiness, slightly salty.   Stale raisin like flavors linger.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Nose explodes with jammy fruit, berries above a little caramel and grape plunder, sticky malt with light spice. Some earth and darker, woody toffee, pours a red-tinged mahogany with a short tan head. Watery, fizzy light body, fruit with a little ash and sweet brown sugar. Raisin and caramel, avoids being too airy, touch of pretzel, too, but the main chunk of dark malt is a little dull. Some weight but the alcohol is pretty well hidden, bitterness and tanginess are kept to a minimum. I like whatís here, but a few tweaks to body and malt complexity would shoot easily this up a notch -- feels like a bit of a lightweight at the moment.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Smelled of malts. Dark in appearance. Palate was somewhat thin and the complexity was only average... OK

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
From a 12 oz into a snifter. Pours blondishbrown with a good two inches of head. Zero lacing. aroma is the highlight of this beer. Belgiany and with tons of bubblegum, alcohol and spice. Mouthfeel is light and fizzy with some body. Taste is dirty, and I donít mean earthy. Plenty of Belgian character but thin and wattery taste like rainwater. Meh, not one Iíd buy again.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice hazy caramel pour into the glass, with a thick ice-cream scoop head that reduces to a 1-finger cap leaving generous soapy lace. The aromas are of sour yeasty dough. Flavors are of lightly burnt malt, yeasty sours, lots of fruity esters and a touch of toasted bitter. The finish closes on a lightly peppered sour note. The palate is medium-bodied with soft carbonation, a lightly silky mouthfeel ensuing. This isnít the most complex dubbel out there, the most intricate nor even substantive, but it is integrated very well, with a hidden ABV for the style, providing a decently drinkable session-like quaff. Decent, but not top-tier.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Poured a deep hazy brown color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of caramelized sugar with very subtle fruity ester is OK. Taste is overly sweet for style with notes of caramelized sugar and light dry fruits with some notes of fruity ester. Body is quite full with OK carbonation and no apparent alcohol. This one is kind of average for the style but definitely lacking some of the subtlety that makes dubbel such a great style to being with.
