Another move toward a new malt variety - Pearl. This red brown beer with its fuller flavour and traditional Goldings smack and aroma is now picking up admirers all over.

Cask Conditioned at The Horse & Groom, Caulcott. Dark amber with bubbly white head. There is a smooth roasted malt base to this beer that is biscuity without being overbearing. The hops are fresh and full, fruity, orange notes that dominate the finish. A very nice full beer that warms and refreshes.
