On draught at the brewpub in Northern Minnesota. Pours a light copper amber colored brew with a creamy off-white head that has some nice retention and lacing. Aroma of cascade/citrus zest, a touch of grapefruit, lime zest and caramel malt. Taste is medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of grapefruit, citrus zest, a touch of herbs and caramel malt, Finish has a mild bitterness but not too overpowering, then a red grapefruit aftertaste the slowly disappears. Amazing beer, just two hours north of Duluth, MN.
