This is one seriously hoppy beer! The amount of hops that are needed to make this beer is really quite ridiculous, but we were not going to settle for a low hop ale. We have sourced the best ingredients from Australia and New Zealand to craft this massive beer. Every drop is batch brewed according to a recipe that was perfected over years in our garage. Copper in colour, Alpha Queen is a full bodied pale ale, with a citrusy/flowery aroma & a complex, spicy palate, balanced by the sweetness of the Munich & Crystal malts.

Bottle pours hazy golden near clear with some light bone head and speckled lace. Galaxy aroma, citrus, grassy herbal notes from the dry hopping with a hint of caramel toffee. Light med body, med carbonation, good hop flavour, but not much else. Semi-unclean finish, grassy herbal dry hop character lingering. overall good session beer

Out of bottle, a Great creamy head, beautiful tan colour. aroma is light and citrusy, with that hint of sour. Taste is light with back palate hopiness, and the bitter comes through beautifully. finishes long, and a touch of sweetness comes through. delicious. really sessionable.

Good APA - light digestive malt - decent fruity/herbal hop although not assertive enough for me - but light body makes for a refreshing brew! Will drink again.

Bottle from cellarbrations super store in hami hill. Pours clear orange with a thin white head. Has subtle orange and citrusy aromas with a light body and low carbonation. Taste is fairly balanced with a slight bitterness. Not too bad. This is fairly easy drinking

Draft at Taps Beer Bar. Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a citrus light metallic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Drinkable, but lacks flavour.

Bottle. Pretty good without being super impressive. Nice hoppy flavour with enough body to keep me happy. Would try it again.

Very floral hop aroma. Clear amber colour with excellent head. Heavily hopped but balanced with malt caramel flavours, quite bitter. Medium to heavy body with excellent head.

From 330 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold-amber with a lasting white head and lively carbonation. Aromas of grapefruit, honey and flowers. Taste is juicy citrus at the front backed by sweet malt. Lightly prickly lemon bitterness in the mid-palate but that rapidly drops away at the back end. Aqueous body with a clean finish and a gently sweet aftertaste. OK but lacks... Something.

(Bottle) Hazy muddy amber with almost no head. Restrained aroma that is pleasantly hoppy - hints of citrus and pine. Light body with good carbonation. Great taste with a nice balance of hops and malt. There’s a light biscuity malt throughout. It’s overlaid at the start with some nice big fruity flavours - citrus and hints of stone fruit. A nice bitterness develops and lingers with a good finish. For a beer that has hops billed so high in the name and deScription, it isn’t very bitter and I thought the hops were rather restrained - certainly the aroma was largely missing and the taste whilst definitely hoppy was not hop driven. Anyway, a good beer.
