COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sometimes you just want more. So we’ve made a beer with more of the best ingredients available, More malt. More hops. More flavour. This hop bomb is brewed in the tradition of the US West Coast IPA’s with generous hop additions throughout the boil and loads of dry hopping at the end of fermentation. Enjoy!

Really nice easily drinkable IPA. Full of aroma and flavour but feels retrained and well balanced at the same time.

Tap. Definitely a hop bomb! There’s so much citrus and stone fruit smell it’s almost more satisfying to smell the beer than drink it. The taste, luckily, lives up to the smell. Get it as fresh as possible!

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours vibrant orange with a slight haze to it and a small, firm white cap on top. Nose is very mandarin forward with a slight salt and zestiness while it retains a fairly resinous character throughout. The resinous note it carries translates to a nice backbone for the beer in the taste. Again, it’s very mandarin focused with a pinch of mint and zest while it comes across slightly dank driven. Drinks like a fresh tropical juice with that little bit of stickiness to give it an american feel. Solid as drop

From a bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange, coarse head, the name pretty much says it all with a big punch of resiny hops.

Pours with great enthusiasm to reach up with a tumultuous two inches of rocky white foam atop a deep, ruddy amber. Bright but speckled by a fine yeast. Big, bold, tropical fruit punch nose. Whacks the olfactories with hints of ripe tangelo, cumquat, mango and apricot with a spiced, camphorous, piney mix to meld it altogether. An initial rounded fruit sweetness precedes a sharp, herbal bitterness. Ample tropical fruit just like the nose with a hankering towards tangy citrus. Quite creamy and full in mouthfeel. Lasting, quenching, herbaceous finish with blushings of bitter, underripe citrus. Rich, toasted malts compliment it well. Very clean and refreshing stuff. So deadly sessionable. This is a killer pale ale. Well crafted, fresh and surprisingly good. Loved it! (33cL, The Liquor Shed, Jandakot)

UPDATED: AUG 31, 2014 This batch is more malt than hops - I preferred it when the hops shone through. Still good though just not as vibrant.

Poured into a glass. Slightly cloudy due to sediment, small off white, quickly shrinking head. Smells strongly of stone fruit and pine. An agin with the stone fruit and pine in the mouth and a bitter after taste. This is a really lovely beer.

(On tap) Clear amber with reasonable white head. Nice citrus and pine aroma. Light body with good carbonation. Fresh tang over biscuity malt to start. Peppery spice develops and then the hops build for a nice bitter finish. Not over the top just nicely very hoppy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Gold, slightly hazy with a decent white head. Malty, piney, slightly tropical fruit aromas. Taste is malty, with big hoppy, fruity bitterness and a little sweet. Nice - easy drinking

From a 330ml bottle on 9/6/2014. Pours a slightly cloudy deep golden with a small head. Has a nice fruit driven hop aroma with some floral notes. Flavour wise, it’s big and bold. There’s some caramel malt up front, but the sweet fruit comes to the fore, particularly apricot, lychee, peach, pear pineapple and mango. The hops are big, grapefruity, lingering and enormously satisfying. Has a medium body and fairly lively carbonation. A very impressive, supremely well balanced IPA - certainly right up there in terms of Aussie brews. Another winner from Boatrocker.

Pours clear gold with a beige head. Very strong pine aroma and taste. Medium carbonation. All about the hops with a little citrus peel and lychee. Light bodied for an ipa. Very sessionable however not my favourite. Super dry finish
