COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sometimes you just want more. So we’ve made a beer with more of the best ingredients available, More malt. More hops. More flavour. This hop bomb is brewed in the tradition of the US West Coast IPA’s with generous hop additions throughout the boil and loads of dry hopping at the end of fermentation. Enjoy!

Really nice easily drinkable IPA. Full of aroma and flavour but feels retrained and well balanced at the same time.

A decent Melbourne made American IPA. Strong malt character with a decent complexity of hop flavour, bitterness and aroma. Well done and will drink again!

Pours a hazy golden colour with white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, pine and dusty hops. Taste is medium sweet leading to a moderate bitter finish. Not bad.

Pour is amber orange with white head. Aroma mainly orange, and resin. Initial flavour is a mix of apricot, orange/marmalade which moves to a firm hop bitterness, but not mouth coating ridiculous bitterness. In fact there is a wave of stonefruit after the bitterness. Not quite a "Hop Bomb" but better off for it really.

Keg at Mrs Parmas, Melbourne, Victoria. Hazy pale amber, small head. Rich bready lychee arom. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Some bread and caramel, plenty of mango and lychee. Really bitter finish. This brewer knows how to treat hops!

Slightly hazy golden amber colour. Medium white head that fades quickly but leaves good lacing. Aroma is resiny with fruity notes of apricots and marmalade. Slightly oily body. Smooth. Mild toasty malt backing. Nice rounded bitterness and a smooth finish.

Loved this. Admittedly one of my first American style IPAs, but really enjoy what the additional malt gives to the body. The hops have a summery freshness, will have to try another and see what I think off how the dry hopping lingers on the palate.

On tap at Mrs Parma. Served a slightly hazy golden color with a nice head that fades to decent lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, some malt sweetness, with a bit of grain and fruit in the background. Tatse of grapefruit, mild malt sweetness, with a bit of grain and fruit. Nice bitterness and a clean finish. Medium body, crisp, smooth and refreshing. Nice balance and quite tasty. Nice take on a West Coast style IPA. Enjoyable beer that goes down way too easy.
