This beer wasn't too bad, I enjoyed it with my jambalaya. This beer had a great taste, but isn't that great with spicy food!

Bright copper appearance, lttle head. Nose is butterscotch - Lifesaver-esque, sweet, light hops. Body is of slightly roasty hops. Mouthfeel is oily. Finishes thin, dry and short. All and all a one-sided brew, nose is quite unpleasant, like an artificial butterscotchiness.

Caramel toasted flavors ... hmmm ... well, it has some sweet edges that might seem caramelly, if you have a lot of imagination, but any toast here is obscured by some cheap, banal marmalade. Pretty basic amber.

Thin. Bland. Boring.
