2008 MBG Winter Fest: First off, anything you knew about the B.O.B. can be dismissed. The new brewmaster formerly of Founders is taking the beers in a new and better direction.

This IPA is amber hued topped by a small frothy head. The aroma has notes of grassy and herbal hops, grapefruit and apricot esters, biscuity pale malt. The taste is twangy and acidic with a nice hop bitter character. Some bready malt and a hint of pepper round out the palate. Refreshing and lively this a very drinkable brew.
