COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian Pale Ale with an amber color, full body & a peppery finish from a special Belgian Ale strain. Dry hopped with English Kent Golding & bittered with Styrian Golding in the kettle.

En fût. Verre de 8 oz dégusté directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur de céréales. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût de céréales et d’houblons. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. BCTC, draft. Large off-white head atop clear dark amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, grass/skunk, light biscuit. Taste is medium sweet, bread, light hay, biscuit. Light body, low carbonation.

Tap, BCTC 2010. Pours amber-gold with a modest white head. Aroma of faint malts and hops. Flavor was slightly muddled with some fruit notes and mild bitterness. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Finishes lightly malty. Not terrible.
