COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Collaboration with UVM Agrigculture Extension: Northwest Crops & Soils Team. This Belgian-inspired Wit has barley, wheat and hops cultivated at three Vermont famrs. Phenolic spiciness attributed by fermentation and a subtle hop bitterness contribues a mild orange-citrus note in this unfiltered beer.

Fair wit here. Very crisp and refreshing with your standard clovey citrus type elements. Everything is subtle and drinkable albeit unremarkable.

Big thanks to Quag, bitter and spicey, this is decent. Vermont does a decent job

On tap at the 20th Vermont Brewers Festival. Pale hazy copper with a nice frothy white head. Wheat, coriander, banana, citrus and orange zest. Moderate carbonation and body, bittersweet, bit of grapefruit, becomes somewhat dry.

A golden hazed wit with a thick frothy off white head. In aroma, light and fruity banana esters with light cloves and smooth peach notes. In mouth, a classic wit with cloves, bananas, light grassy bitterness, well done, but expensive, at 12.99$ for a 750 mL bottle. Bottle from Healthy Living, tasted with my sister August 2 2012.

Sampled via Vermont Beer Festival. Pale/Golden color, clear liquid. Minimal head. Overall, pretty good beer.
