My Bottom Line:
Crisp roastiness thrives in a healthy body, supported by vanilla notes and cereal humility. A Porter which won’t wow most, but which knows how to hit the right spots.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the brown-sleeved ebony.
-The roasty finish soars by a hint of soy sweetness.
-Carbonation is efficient for the body size.
-This is very drinkable, and its gentle flavors won’t bother those who want a long session.

Tap @ the brewpub. Poured a very dark brown-black color. The aroma and flavor were fairly roasty with some sweetness. Semi-dry finish and moderately bitter. Light to medium body. Not a whole lot going on.
