Pouring at the Night of the Funk in Boston. Pours a clear nutty brown with a thin beige head. Soft malt and acid, nutty malt. Big and nutty, malt and acid. Long tart acid, tingly on the tongue. Bit of acid on the finish, nutty.

UPDATED: SEP 21, 2011 A reddish copper ale with a very thin moka head. In aroma, light sour ground cherry with light horseblanket and Brett. In mouth, a light bodied watery interpretation, with corky malt, light lactic acids, warming alcohol, astringent. On tap at Belgian Beer Fest, Sept 10 2011.
