Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Poured a near clear amber with a white head that dissipated to the edges and laced slightly. Aroma had a good amount of nuttiness with some light grain and a hint of earthy hops. Flavor began with sweet bread and some nuttiness and just a bit of light hop in the background.

Appearance : Clear shiny amber with a medium foamy head. Lots of lacing.
Aroma : Overcooked caramel with grainy malt.
Taste : Caramel, light roasted notes. Herbal and fruity.
Overall : Good stuff but nothing really special.

Drank on tap (12 oz) at Benelux Brasserie Artisanale in Montreal, on June 11, 2011. Orange tea, small head. Caramel hop aroma, hints of peaches. Dry and sour citrus taste, quite hoppy, pleasant bitterness. Not exceptional but nice!

on tap-pours an off white head and amber color. Aroma is mild pine, light malt. Taste is pine hops, sweet light/medium malt.

En fût. Pinte dégustée directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur d’houblon avec une pointe de céréales. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblons avec une pointe de caramel. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût houblonné. (Rating #2623)
