COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This ale has utilized North American malted summer barley, the bitterness is balanced from two North American hop varieties: Glacier (bittering) & Palisades (flavor and aroma). A well balanced hearty red ale

on tap-pours an off white head and amber color. Aroma is mild sweet medium malt. Taste is mild sweet medium malt/grain, some peat, some earthy hops.

Draft at the brewpub - Pours a darkish red-amber in color with a small whitish head. Aroma is only slightly malty woth some hops. Flavor is pretty much the same. Not that impressive, but drinkable...

Draft at Brewpub. Nice ruby amber color, minimal head, malt aroma. Just a nice drinkable red ale with a richer body that one would expect. The malts give it the solid feel and the taste is grainy.
