On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light orange with a white head. Aroma of tons of spices (clove, pepper, anise) and Belgian yeast. Flavor of spices upfront with a bready, yeasty, and fruity middle, followed by a spices finish with grainy malt. A little overspiced but enjoyable. 7/4/7/3/14 [3.5/5]

In short: A bubblegumy Belgian blonde ale. Ok beer, not much of a Saison.
How: Tap at Benelux, Montreal, special Vermont night
The look: Cloudy dark blonde body topped by a small white head
In long: Nose has plenty of bubblegum yeast esters, spicy notes and some fresh flowers. Taste is a bubblegumy Belgian blonde ale, baguette, perfumy flavors (soap, flower petals) and spicy notes. Lively carbonation. Not sweet, not dry. Nothing special here and also not really a Saison. And if you think for one second that I only drank this beer just because it wanted to add another Saison rating then I have some news for you. You know me very well.
