Jun 15, 2004 On tap at the brewpub. Beautiful hazy golden body, reminiscent of a weiss; nose very caramel-sweet, with just a slight herbal/smoky quality. Toasty, hugely malty flavor, very sweet all the way through, next to zero hops...alcohol not noticeable, light olive oil tang. Another top-notch example from this superb brewpub.
